    Description

    POCGS authenticated and graded VF 20. Glossy two tone golden brown and steel. Double struck obverse with the second struck 40% off center. Free of notable marks,  with a couple thin planchet flaws, one right of the date and the other above the sprig on the reverse. Otherwise smooth, attractive surfaces.
