1910 Central Department YMCA of Chicago membership pocket book rules hotel

You get the book pictured here.  It is from1911. The one page has the running track records of everyone from 1910. The first couple pages are informational.  The last few pages are informational.  Everything in between is just blank graph / grid lay out type of paper for note and entries a person would need to make.  There is damage to the cover.  The thin leather cover on front page has areas flaked off. The rear side has damage in the lower corner where a mouse nibbled at it. Both can be seen in the pics
