"According to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure. You must provide to me either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained."
We try to ship the next business day after payment, but occasionally there are delays and it takes 2 days (we will notify you if that is the case).  If you purchase an item on Friday afternoon it will ship Monday.

During normal business hours on weekdays we will respond within a few hours (our response on the weekends and after business hours in the evening may take a little longer) and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.
Shipping Requirements
We ship within 2 business days of payment. We try to ship the next business day after payment, but occassionally there are delays and it takes 2 days.
If the value of the order is over two hundred dollars then we require a signature confirmation. If you do not want a signature confirmation on your package please contact us and we will not require it, but you will be responsible if the package is lost.
We pack our merchandise well and often overpack it, but if you wish to have it packed to specific requirements please contact us either before purchasing or right after. A delay in contacting us may result in our not being able to meet your requirements. There may be an additional fee depending on the requirements.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us directly. We will then give you instructions on how to proceed. We work to make returns quick and easy and will refund the payment the same day the item is received.
