Antique SARREGUEMINES France Minton Floral Teacup Saucer & Plate Set 1860-1910

Description

This sale is for a fabulous 3 piece tea set made in France by Sarreguemines between 1860 and 1910. It comprises one teacup, saucer and small plate. Made from glazed fine bone china the set bears decoration of sprays of flowers in a Chinoiserie style among branches on which are perched colorful birds. Decoration is also on the inside of the cup.......................please click on photos for enlarged detail. The cup stands 1 and 3/4'' high and measures 4 and 1/2'' including the handle by 3 and 5/8'' while the saucer measures 5 and 7/8'' across and the plate 7 and 1/8''. The set is in overall very good condition.
