Cesco Vinyl Master is a low alkaline detergent formulation containing a proprietary blend of wetting and emulsifying agents for the removal of carbon buildup and long-standing road oil and grease from vinyl media.

Specifically formulated for a spray-on-and-rinse-off application, Cesco Vinyl Master requires no brushing. It provides a quick, efficient, economical means to remove carbon buildup from vinyl without damage to vinyl or graphics, making your advertising pop once again! Typical dilution for heavy grime deposit is 1:1 to 1:3 with water, depending on soil condition and carbon buildup. It can be diluted further for use as a general purpose cleaner for light carbon buildup, anywhere from 1:5 to 1:25 with water.
