These standard weight, economy steam table pans are made of 18-8 25 gauge stainless steel with standard straight sides. NSF listed. Pans go from freezer to oven to serving line.

This has standard, unreinforced corners and straight sides. It is designed for light duty use. If you would like a heavier duty pan than this, please look at our standard weight, anti-jam pans with reinforced corners, or our top-of-the- line Vollrath Super Pan II line, which has both of those features, as well as heavier 22 gauge stainless steel construction.
