Pepper is a strawberry blonde with rerooted hair.  This is a great color for her and it is thick and shiny with great curl.  Her face paint is all original, and her body is in very good condition.  She has all of her fingers and no heel dents.  The Party Time dress is a rare variation.  I am not sure if this was sold in the U.S. or Japanese market. It is in nice display condition, but it is not mint.  The dress does have the original label on the inside of the skirt.  U.S. bidders only.  Happy Bidding!
