    Description

    This auction is for a Williamsburgh Fire Insurance Policy, dated February 27, 1845.  The Policy insured a Joseph Eastwood of Rochester, New York against loss or damage by fire in the amount of seven hundred dollars.  The auction comes with the renewal receipt attached to original document dated February 27th, 1846.  Has a great engraving at top.
    The Insurance policy is in nice condition.  There are some pin holes in the folds and a few small tears on the edges.  With age spots and toning.  See Scans and email with any questions.
