Here is a unique Stamp Panel Set offered by the USPS in 2003 to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Tour de France.
The panel is NEW, in its original sealed plastic and on (not attached to) a cardboard backer to keep from wrinkles.  The heavy paper panel measure 17" Wide by 11" High and is ready for framing.

There are a LOT of goodies that are included in this panel.  This is what the orig. sticker on the outside of the plastic reads:
"This Commemorative Panel is one of 500 produced celebrating Lance Armstrong's 5th Tour de France win.  The limited editions of 500 panels are numbered in order of production.  The panel contains a block of the French commemorative stamps issued in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Tour de France.  The French stamps have three special cancellations applied to them.  First is the official first day of issue cancellation on June 28th.  The second is the official start of 2003 Tour de France on July 5th.  And the third is the cancellation marking the final day of the race on July 27th.  In addition to the French stamps you will find the US Postal service's cycling stamp issued on November 1st, 1996 which is no longer available for sale.  This cycling stamp is cancelled with two pictorial cancellations.  The first one coincides with the First Day of Issue with the French stamps on June 28th and the second commemorates Lance Armstrong's 5th Victory on July 27th.  These limited edition panel are truly a treasure.  No where else will you find such a unique combination of stamps with special cancellations applied to them."
