    Description

    For sale here is a great looking but small US WW1 Air Service Wing.  The wing is clutch back, but is missing the clutches.  The posts are nice and straight.  The wing measures approximately 1 1/8" wide.  The wing is gold in color.  The wing is marked A.E. Co. Utica in a triangle on the back.  The wing does have some tarnish/rust that can be seen and felt on the front.  I am guessing that this should mostly clean up, but i have not attempted it, because i am unsure of the base metal.  Unfortunately, this wing is missing the center propeller, and i am unsure if this is a blank and there was never a prop, or if it has been removed.  This is a rare piece that will make a great addition to your collection.  You will be pleased!
