Vintage 1960s Tagged JAPAN Doll Outfit- Ideal Tammy Doll, Patty Duke, Clone Set?

This listing is for a doll outfit from the 1960's & 70's which I received together with other Tammy doll and Barbie items that I am currently listing.  The Patty Duke doll was wearing this (doll is not included and has already been sold) and I'm not sure if it originally hers or possibly Tammy's or another like-sized friend.  Please feel free to contact me with any additional information you may have on this set and I will be happy to update/revise this listing as appropriate.
The top is tagged JAPAN and it may be worn wrong in the picture (I'm not sure if the snaps go at the back or the front-ha!).  Included is a top, matching bloomers, navy skirt and boots.  The top, bloomers and skirt all have working snap closures and these pieces and the boots seem to fit perfectly.  They all seem to be in nice vintage pre-loved condition with the skirt possibly showing some very light soiling (did not try to wash it) and one of the boots having a crack down the back as pictured.  Please magnify the pictures for all of the details.  Very fun!
