**DESCRIPTION:
This is a lovely Bavaria German chocolate set, I believe. The set consists of ONE pot, ONE pot lid, SIX cups, and SIX saucers. It is made of a heavy, quality porcelain. The rim trim coloring is a beigey peachy color. Looks to me to be a mix of the two colors. The florals are pink. There is gilt (gold) trim. The pot measures approximately 9 1/2" tall to the top of the lid and approximately 6" from the tip of the spout to the back of the handle. The cups measure approximately 3 1/16" tall X 2 1/8" in diameter. We have examined this set to the best of our ability and found no chips, cracks or repairs. The cups and Pot are all marked, in green, PM in a wreath with a crown on top and "Bavaria." I believe this is Porzellanfabrik Moschendorf and that this mark was used on export items from circa 1904 - 1937. There are also two tiny gold paint short slash marks as well.  Five of the saucers are marked with a green "M" in a wreath.
**PLEASE NOTE
that there are some scattered "sand" type
in the pot.  Does not detract at all, but visible upon close inspection.
