Vintage NORTH CAROLINA 7¼" - Souvenir State Plate  'The Tar Heel State'
A smaller State Plate in nice condition.  Scalloped rim with inter gold band.
Plate does exhibit some crazing. (2nd Photo)
Approximately 7¼" in diameter - weighs 6.8 oz. -
Display stand is not included.
