Navy Blue, Pleated, Elastic Waist Skirt
The length measures 8", the elastic waist without stretching it is 16" and stretched out it is 22"
It is the cutest little skirt for your little girl!  It is made of a heavy fabric, very well made, with no loose threads, stains or tears, the hem is well stitched and the elastic waist is still very stretchy.
This was my daughter's skirt when she was a child, I've had it in storage ever since, it is machine washable, I've washed it and it comes from a smoke free, pet free home.
