    It is the cutest little skirt for your little girl!  It is made of a heavy fabric, very well made, with no loose threads, stains or tears, the hem is well stitched and the elastic in back of waist is still very stretchy.
    This was my daughter's skirt when she was a child in the 80's.  I've had it in storage ever since, it is machine washable, I've washed it and it comes from a smoke free, pet free home.
