Original Vintage Second Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland Advertising Wooden Ball Toss Toy Premium measures approximately 5-1/4" in length.  The toy features a blue cup on one end, and a red wooden ball on a string which can be tossed into the cup.  The following advertising information is printed along one side of the wooden handle of the toy:
