    From the archives of MC Lilley, this listing is for the Master Hob used to make a WWI  N.Y. National Guard collar pin stamping die.   The Serial Number (#3099) dates to about 1917.  The letters are 7/16” high and the hob dimensions are ⅝” x 1” x 15/16” high.  The condition is VG with pitting.  Please look at all the photos and ask any questions.  See my other listings.  Free shipping is included for USA buyers.
