WWI WW1 US Army Medical Corps Lapel Collar Insignia Pin
The insignia is in the shape of a bronze caduceus bearing sterling letters U.S
Original period manufacture.
Pinback with open "C" catch.
No Makers marks.
Measures approx. 1 1/8" in height by 7/8".
Good condition with signs of wear, use, and age to both the front and back of the insignia. Some patina is visible.
Pin is broken off.
